Designed and built ABS: a modular, multi-tenant foundation spanning identity, trust, commerce, billing, accounting, payments, workflows, analytics, communications, AI and integrations. These capabilities compose into CRM, ERP, HRMS, learning, logistics, marketplaces and business intelligence.

Fenix Alliance
Founder, Chief Architect & CTO
Eight years building Alliance Business Suite, with full engineering ownership across the platform. A company founded in 2013, serving organizations across industries through reusable business capabilities, cloud solutions and modernization.
Agent runtime and harness engineering: governed tool execution, tenant and permission checks, persisted human approvals, execution claims and effect idempotency. Recovery covers ambiguous outcomes, quarantine and rejection of blind retries.
Designed heartbeats, work leases, generation fencing, cancellation and recovery-aware completion; bounded iterations, tool calls, timeouts, context and result-size limits. Provider routing and execution/token evidence connect the runtime to model services.
Led Control Room orchestration: tenant-bound execution, token-hash binding, message-triggered resumes, debouncing, serialized/coalesced runs, pause/stop controls and approval escalation.
Designed durable reconciliation between ABS and Elsa through governed commands, plus AG-UI text, tool, approval and lifecycle streaming with durable approval/resume reconciliation and race-test coverage.
Built digital trust and evidence capabilities for signatures, cryptographic verification, evidence custody, document governance and auditable workflows. Established capability modeling, ADRs and reusable architecture standards.
Owned cloud architecture and delivery across AWS and Azure, CI/CD and infrastructure patterns. Built SDKs across 12+ languages and PowerShell/Bash tooling for thousands of governed operations. Led engineering teams and enterprise software delivery across national and international markets.
Desktop hardening includes Electron security settings, encrypted refresh-token storage, redaction, streaming limits and negative-control tests. Platform interoperability work includes UBL 2.1/DIAN e-invoicing, FHIR R4 and OAuth/OIDC federation.
